Here at Staffordshire Traditional Meats & Bakehouse we are dedicated to supplying you with the best quality produce from our family to yours. All our meat is sourced direct from our family farm. Our pies and baked goods are hand crafted and are inspired from traditional family recipes passed down through generations.

Family is at the heart of all we do. So to say when our business exactly began is hard. STMB’s founder, Peter, has always had a passion for farming since he was a child. His passion and drive to not only provide ethically, locally and sustainably sourced produce whilst sticking to the traditional rearing practices, remaining affordable and maintain the highest quality, lead to the company we are today. After years of supplying larger chains with our quality meats Peter realised his dream and opened the first of our farm shops in 2008. Finally allowing us to deliver great service and great produce direct to you, cutting out the middleman and delivering field to folk at a great price.

Our pie range started as a whim, a way to showcase our finest meats. Using tried and tested family recipes we began to hone our flavoursome combinations; from the early days of the classic staple such as steak and ale, to the extravagant pairings of slow roasted pork loin, matured stilton cheese and fresh field mushrooms; our exquisite selection had grown and evolved.

Now our vision is to share the traditional time-forgotten taste with a wider audience. Buying our pies is not just an investment in an ethical, traditional and sustainable product. It’s buying into a dream, it’s buying into a legacy: a family, our family, that cares about the food we eat and the way we farm it.
